Dues and Road Repair Assessments

2026 dues are the same as 2025 and currently $350 per lot. There is currently no assessment for road maintenance but the Road Maintenance Committee will be obtaining quotes for culvert repair based on an assessment. 2026 dues are to be paid by September 30, 2026. A $35 late fee per transaction will be assessed if paid in November and will increase to $175 per transaction thereafter.
