Dues and Road Repair Assessments

2026 dues will increase from $350 to $450 per lot. There is currently no assessment for road maintenance and the monies drawn from savings for culvert repair will be repaid over time from the increased dues. 2026 dues are to be paid by September 30, 2026. A $35 late fee per transaction will be assessed if paid in November and will increase to $175 per transaction thereafter.
